Returnity

With Returnity, I developed a Shopify Plugin, as an additional feature of Moneetize project, centered around returns of the purchased products over time. The concept involved creating flows for returning to previously bought items, retrieving benefits, or switching between redeemed statuses. My challenge was to simplify potentially complex logic into understandable screens.

I structured the UI to clearly present user history, redemption paths, status tracking and available options, placing calls to action where appropriate and ensuring each step feels natural. Visual cues and feedback were baked in to reduce uncertainty and increase confidence in actions taken. The final deliverable gave the client a robust system that makes return or redemption processes feel intuitive and controlled, which can improve retention and trust in the service.
