I refined the interface so users can more quickly access core functions—viewing data usage, paying bills, modifying packages—without friction. Layouts, navigation, and feedback cues were optimized for clarity and speed.
The client benefited from improved usability, which translated into reduced churn, fewer support tickets, and more upsell of add-on services. My design helped make account management more intuitive, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
