W3:RIDE

The W3:Ride project delivered a next-generation fitness & cycling app that rewards users for real-world rides by turning them into digital progress, virtual assets and community achievements. My process included mapping how a user goes from onboarding to connecting their ride tracker, earning rewards, seeing their avatar/bike evolve and sharing achievements. The UI/UX design emphasised motivation through clear feedback loops, gamified rewards and sleek visuals. I also defined branding assets reflecting the sporty, tech-forward and community-driven spirit of the product.

The client gained a fully branded and functional app experience that supports user engagement, user-driven growth and monetisation via reward systems. My design helped elevate the product’s professional feel, reduce friction for new users and support the ambitious vision of turning cycling dedication into digital value. The result: a strong foundation for growth, a distinctive aesthetic and improved market positioning in the fitness + web3 space.
