Real Estate Merchant is a platform built to streamline real-estate marketing and transactions for property professionals. It enables agents and brokers to showcase listings, manage communications with clients, and track leads and deals all within one interface. I designed the system to provide clarity in listing presentation, efficient lead workflows and a modern admin dashboard for agents to monitor performance and activity.

I focused on crafting intuitive user flows, from adding a new property to tracking its status and closing the deal. Visual hierarchies, responsive layouts, and actionable analytics were implemented so that users can understand insights at a glance and act on leads faster. As a result, the client received a high-performance digital tool that improved lead conversion rates, shortened time-to-sale, and enhanced the overall user experience for both agents and their clients.
