Oschad Pensionnij is an app connected to Oschadbank’s pension or social benefit offerings. It provides pensioners with access to information, benefit status, and payments from phones.

I designed the interface to ensure clarity, accessibility, and trust — especially important in government or benefit systems. Workflows for checking benefits, updating user info, and tracking payments were laid out in clear, well-labeled screens.

As a result, the client got a stable, user-centred digital tool that improved user trust, reduced calls to support, and increased self-service usage among pensioners. My design helped make the service more approachable and usable for people of all technical backgrounds.
