CreditRepair
This project was about developing the brand and UI/UX for a service platform dedicated to improving individuals’ credit profiles. We structured the experience around three core user needs: understanding their credit status, receiving actionable recommendations and visualising progress over time. Through workshops we defined flows for onboarding, document upload, status tracking and step-by-step guidance, then translated those into design – with easy-to-scan progress bars, friendly tone of voice and consistent styling.
The outcome for the client was a clear and approachable digital product that demystified credit repair for users and delivered a smoother, more engaging user journey. My contribution gave them a strong visual identity, streamlined interface and improved conversion of visitors into active users, supporting growth of their business and enhancing their market credibility.
