Boomerang

Boomerang is a Shopify plugin that allows store owners to add cashback functionality and encourage existing customers to promote the store in exchange for real products. The plugin integrates seamlessly into the website, turning loyal users into brand ambassadors while rewarding them with tangible goods.

I designed the interface to make the cashback and referral process clear and intuitive for both store owners and customers. Dashboards, reward tracking, and referral flows were structured for simplicity and engagement, ensuring users understand how to participate and redeem rewards.

As a result, the client gained a tool that increased customer retention, boosted organic promotion, and drove higher sales. My design helped make the plugin easy to use, encouraging more referrals and maximizing the effectiveness of loyalty and marketing campaigns.
