I completely redesigned the mobile app for AUTO.RIA, rethinking both its structure and visual language from the ground up. I streamlined the product by removing rarely used features and reducing duplicated functionality that was making the interface harder to understand. At the same time, I significantly reworked the data structure and redesigned the visual system to create a clearer and more consistent experience.

The result was a simpler, more focused app where information is easier to understand and key content can be found much faster. By reducing unnecessary complexity and improving the hierarchy of information, the redesign made the core user journeys more intuitive and efficient.

The new experience also delivered measurable improvements for the business. Key product metrics showed a significant increase in usability and engagement, while improved conversion and user behavior translated into tangible business value for AUTO.RIA. The redesign not only made the product easier to use, but also helped the client achieve stronger results from the app.
