Admilio (Customers)

Admilio is an application designed to streamline the customer experience of the Admilio network. It allows users to access their service agreements, view current status, submit requests, track interactions and manage account details—all within a unified, responsive interface.

I crafted the interface with a focus on clarity, responsiveness and ease of access. My work included designing the dashboard layout, user flows for request submission and status tracking, and ensuring seamless navigation across devices. As a result, the client received a polished and efficient platform that improved customer self-service rates, reduced support workload and enhanced overall satisfaction—ultimately contributing to stronger retention and cost savings for the business.
