The Wishes.Next initiative delivers a forward-looking digital platform designed to evolve charitable giving into a connected ecosystem of micro-donations, impact tracking and community involvement. Users can select causes or recurring programs, donate with ease and instantly monitor how their contribution is used, thanks to real-time progress indicators and transparent reports. The system supports both one-off and recurring donations, integrates partner organisations and allows donors to follow impact stories, making giving feel tangible and ongoing.

In building the solution, my approach centred on creating a design system that emphasised clarity, urgency and openness. The user interface guides donors from selecting a cause to seeing real results, with intuitive dashboards, clear calls to action and visual progress feedback. On the back‐end, workflows were set up to support multiple organisations, donations flows, and feedback loops. As a result of working together, the client received a fully branded and scalable platform which increased donor engagement by enhancing visibility of impact, simplified the donation process to fewer steps and strengthened the client’s position in the modern charitable fintech space.
