ChatBrain

ChatBrain is a conversational AI platform that enables users to interact with intelligent bots for various tasks—from information retrieval to automated support. The system is designed to be extensible, allowing chat experiences to be tailored for different use cases and integrated with existing services.

I created the UI and user flows such that conversations feel natural and intuitive. Dashboards for managing bots, logs, user interaction history, and analytics were built to be clear and easy to navigate.

As a result, the client received a polished conversational product that improved engagement, reduced user friction in accessing support or content, and enabled scalable deployment of chatbots across use cases. My design helped increase adoption and improved the perceived sophistication of the AI offering.
