Lifecell App Redesign is a complete UI/UX overhaul of a previously outdated mobile application for a telecom operator. The goal was to modernize the product, simplify user interaction, and align the digital experience with current mobile design standards. The redesign introduces a clean visual system built around bold branding, soft gradients, and clear information hierarchy. Key user flows—such as balance management, tariff selection, top-ups, eSIM purchase, and service activation—were rethought to minimize friction and reduce the number of steps required to complete actions.

I restructured the entire navigation logic and interface architecture to make the app feel faster and more intuitive. The home screen now clearly highlights balance, active plan, and key actions, while secondary features are organized into accessible sections without overwhelming the user. Payment flows were simplified with quick-select amounts and one-tap options like Apple Pay, while detailed screens (such as tariffs or history) were redesigned for better readability and decision-making. Special attention was given to visual feedback, microinteractions, and consistency across all screens to create a cohesive and predictable experience.

As a result, the redesigned application significantly improved both user perception and business performance. The client achieved a 60% increase in new customer acquisition, an 83% growth in user engagement (both frequency and session duration), and a 120% increase in average revenue per user. Additionally, the updated design strengthened brand recognition and positioned the product as a modern, competitive digital service in the telecom market.
