InDriver
The inDriver project is a ride-sharing mobile application that connects passengers and drivers with a transparent, direct pricing model: passengers name their fare, and drivers decide whether to accept, counter or decline it. The platform supports geolocation, real-time driver tracking, ratings and offers a streamlined booking experience across multiple cities and regions.
I focused on enhancing the user experience by designing intuitive booking flows, clear fare negotiation interfaces, and responsive feedback from drivers and passengers. My work included creating a visual system that reinforces trust and ease-of-use, making both booking rides and setting fares feel simple. As a result, the client achieved higher user adoption, improved driver-passenger match rates, and strengthened the platform’s competitive position in markets where pricing transparency and user-control are key differentiators.
