BRIZ ISP

The BRIZ is a mobile application developed for the BRIZ ISP brand, providing users with full control over their internet and TV services. Users can manage tariffs, make payments without commission, view service usage and balances, activate or change additional options, and receive notifications about promotions and scheduled updates. The app is designed to be simple and user-friendly, enabling quick service management in just a few taps.

I designed the UI/UX to deliver a seamless experience across devices: from configuring services, switching plans, to making secure payments and managing multiple accounts. My focus was on intuitive navigation, clear visual hierarchy and minimising steps for key tasks. As a result, the client achieved higher user adoption of mobile services, reduced support requests from customers, and saw improved user satisfaction and retention through a modern, efficient digital self-service channel.
