I'm not sure if it is original to the dress could be a historical alteration done in the 50s/60s

Really lovely fitted cut with a small flare to the hip and a up side down side metal zip to fasten

Chest: 38" (best fit a little bit smaller)

60s HOUNDSTOOTH AND NOVELTY VICTORIAN CYCLIST PRINT DAY DRESS - S Nautical Shoulder to underbust: 10Sweet lightweight black and white houndstooth day dress with a fun blue, green, brown and red novelty print with Victorian cyclists. Fitted bodice with scooped u neck and white piping trims to collar and arm holes. Fitted waistband and full skirt sewn in wide box pleats. White piping around the hem. Concealed side zip. No labels. Fabric is lightweight, similar to cotton, but I think it is a cotton blend. Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not
