Downriver Whisky- Single Grain Rye Caesar On the palateBatch #8 Our flagship, single grain Canadian Rye Whisky, made with local organic, non malted rye and barley grains. Fermented, distilled, and aged in virgin American white oak barrels in Carleton County of New Brunswick. A mixed grain mash (American style) distillate that is aged a minimum of 3 years in our charred and toasted American oak barrels. Once the whisky is mature enough, we blend the barrels together in small batches with our best efforts
