With this piece, I really wanted to show a glimpse of important anatomy like the vocal folds, while highlighting the textures and surface anatomy in an exciting way. I love the abstract feel of this and how it almost looks like a beautiful, pink calla lily. Given the abstract quality of this painting, it would work perfectly as a living room
