An energy filled, mildly nutty grain which can be cooked into Oatmeal or used to make homemade granola. Hull less grains thresh free of the fibrous outer husk in nearly all cases, but a few hulls may remain which will float in the cooking water and may be skimmed off the top when making oatmeal.
