The Domaine produces several distinct cuves of Cairanne Rouge, each offering a complex, terroir driven profile known for power and value. A core blend of approximately 60% Grenache, 30% Mourvdre, and 10% Syrah from 5060 year old vines. It features notes of wild blackberry, Mediterranean herbs (garrigue), and plum with a peppery finish.
