I went away for the weekend in the country, just myself and my watercolours and stayed in a tiny home situated at the base of the mountains surrounding the valley. When I woke, the mist hung in the trees and intertwined in the gullies and ridges of the mountainside. The world was finally still and quiet and I had to paint it. When I release the artwork, it was my most
