Piezoelectric Plate (T109-A5NO-1815) Model:Single Plate - $176 A single layer product recommended

A single layer product recommended for energy harvesting and sensing applications

Because they have no center shim reinforcement

the piece expands along the axis of polarization (thickness direction) and contracts perpendicular to the axis of polarization (length and width direction)

Refer to Section 6 for information on how this data was gathered

This product has a relatively high natural frequency compared to the other products which is beneficial for some applications

Piezoelectric Plate (T109-A5NO-1815) Model:Single Plate - $176 A single layer product recommendedPSI 5A4E is an industry type 5A (Navy Type II) piezoceramic. This plate is a non magnetic silver electrode. It operates over a wide temperature range and is relatively temperature insensitive. When an electric field having the same polarity and orientation as the original polarization field is placed across the thickness of a single sheet of piezoceramic, the piece expands along the axis of polarization (thickness direction) and contracts
