A TRADITIONAL BAMBOO +BARK BELT FROM PAPUA NEW GUINEA (No 2658) MASKS in good condition with wearA rare bamboo belt from PNG. Ex Aus tralian collection, collected in 1960"'s by transport worker in PNG. Mainly consisting of curved bamboo over a bark core, with some lacing. The patina is well developed with anice satin sheen, and deep natural colour. In good condition. We guarantee that this item has been tribally used. Width approx 35cm.
