The work is mounted on a silk mat and framed in a gold leaf molding style of the period. The signed name is unlisted in the standard art references, though by subject, the work is attributed to an American artist. Signed lower right with a monogramed H over the G in Grasmere American, circa 1890 1910. Condition: Wear commensurate
