Unico Zelo Slate Farm Fiano IPA We can’t wait to shareThe tiny spec of blue slate soil inside Polish Hill River that exists within the wider scope of Clare Valley is world famous for it's ability to impart incredible minerality and tension to the white wines produced within it. Fiano seems to reach a depth of flavour here (courtesy to warm days and cool nights) that we don't often see in other regions (or on other soil types).
