Two sets of 20YO 100% Canadian Rye barrels built the foundation of Gold Label Seagrass. One on the bright citrus side, the other on the earthy side. The finishing was complex: a portion of the first set was finished in Apricot Brandy casks, a portion of the second set in Martinique rhum barrels, and a blend of the first and second sets in Malmsey Madeira barrels before it
