This tequila is made from 100% Blue Weber agave, which is harvested after maturing for a minimum of seven years. The agave is slow cooked for 72 hours in traditional brick ovens and then fermented for 80 hours, which is longer than the industry average, resulting in a rich and smooth flavor profile.
