It's a nutrient rich herbal tea. SUGGESTED USE brew 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water for 3 5 mins at 200F FOR ICED TEA three tablespoons of hibiscus per half gallon of water. pour room temperature water and place in fridge. after 8 hours, strain and enjoy.
