Undertaking his first vintage in 2017, Marto took over his grandfathers 5 hectares of vines based in Flonheim, Rheinhessen. Marto focuses on soil health and biodiversity and applies a mix of organic and biodynamic farming principles, practices he learned whilst working with esteemed natural wine producers Gut Oggau and Matassa in 2015.
