Overall size of the plugs are 1 2" (12 mm) with a wearable size of 7 16" (11 mm). If you have a thicker or thinner lobe and would like a different wearable size, please click here for a different wearable size. The plugs shown in main photo are 1" (25 mm) with the synthetic gem setting measuring about 22mm. The plug is concaved to the setting. The setting stays the same size on larger plugs. If
