Woman Harvesting Hay Sculpture by Jan christmas tree which are known for theirUnique sculpture depicting woman harvesting hay. Beautifully hand carved in wood by a folk artist Jan. We love that he even sculpted a hay rake! Jan is a self taught folk artist. He spent his life on a farm, hence why he likes to present traditional duties from a village life. We love his subtle hand carved details and simplicity of his forms. Some of his figures carry various tools, not used that often nowadays. His sculptures bring a peaceful mood
