and uses I've seen have ranged from rice to bread to Jell-O mold) so there is definitely age appropriate patina that makes the piece that much more interesting

These bowls are handmade in Turkey (Turkiye) from Olive Wood which does not require a tree to be cut

Each piece was hand dip dyed in shades of blue then individually hand sewn onto a metal frame with coordinating colored thread to create the shape you see
