Movia Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 new in carrying into a long finishCabernet Sauvignon 3 weeks of maceration. Secondary fermentation completed in barrique barrels on the lees, no racking. Matured 4 years in 180L Slovenian oak barrels, 6 months in the bottle. Deep ruby red color and dense texture. Notes of black berries, pepper, smoke, chocolate, and coffee. The palate is soft with well integrated alcohol, youthful tannins, and a refreshing finish.
