Gyuto kitchen knife with hamon sculpted made from supple leather withThis really is a high end kitchen knife which performs as well as it looks. Hand forged from 26c3 high carbon steel this blade has been hand sanded and hardened with an auto hamon method which gives the beautiful design to the face of the blade, and the acid etch gives the surface a great satin finish. The brass and copper bolster compliments the dyed maple burr wood on the handle which has been stabilised and is the perfect match with the blade. The
