At first glance its seemingly delicate and milky, with gentle sweetness and soft notes of vanilla, but it quickly opens into clear honey and the distinctive character of propolis. Theres a freshness here that feels meadow bright and lightly floral, while the flavour of the cocoa butter itself is strikingly vivid, rich and clean rather than flabby or overly sweet. The bee
