Christian Bucher (1833-1916): Elder, Church of the Brethren PADutch and Fulton TwpsChristian (Nov. 4, 1833 June 26, 1910), son of Jacob and Veronica Brubacher Bucher, married Eliza Dohner, dau. of John and Katherine Smith Dohner. They had seven children. Christian began recording his activities when he was 17 years old and continued until a few years before his death. He was a teacher and then became a preacher, serving the Brethren church for 55 years. This book contains his journals and pastoral and genealogical records from 1851
