Made by Gabrio and Giotto Bini on the volcanic island of Pantelleria, it pushes the limits of what Pinot can be in such a wild, sun baked place. Here, volcanic soils, sea winds, and amphora fermentations give the grape a voice thats raw, textural, and unlike anything from Burgundy. In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby, edging toward garnet.
