these were made late 19th to early 20th century and come in a chip and crack free condition and are completely hand painted and gilded and includes some rather nice burnt red decorative designs to the inner rim

you can see where the inspiration for the artwork drawn on the front of their war planes during this period

these calendars were made during the 40’s and shipped out to gi’s during ww2

deep patina and subtle signs of age give it an authentic antique presence that works equally well in traditional or modern interiors
