Pâtes De Fruits giftcard 5 oz (98g)Blueberry, Morello cherry, Passion fruit and Pear Lime French style fruit gele. These traditional confections date back to 10th century France and the days before refrigeration. Fresh fruit was preserved with sugar and made into jelly, some firm enough to cut into shapes. These ptes de fruits (PAT de FWEE) became a bite sized way to enjoy fresh fruit year round and today the tradition lives on at Recchiuti. ~20 pieces NET WT. 8. 5 oz (240g)
