The grapes are entirely dry grown ensuring intensely flavoured fruit. Fermentation is warm in open top fermenters with gentle hand pumpovers twice daily. After basket pressing the wine is matured in seasoned hogsheads prior to bottling. An intense, rich and robust Barossa Grenache
