Balanus - silver plated pendant and necklace Giclee print Inspired by the lichens growingBalanus is a silver and resin necklace that combines a section from a design I created in my sketchbook of a barnacle with very tiny blue and gold beads that accentuate the radiating shape. The pendant is sealed using a deep layer of resin to protect the design. The resin creates a lens effect over the design magnifying the detail and giving an attractive shine. The silver plated pendant base is 25 mm in diameter. A 18" sterling silver chain is
