Yonder Annie 2019 4.4 brewed in 2018Annie is a mixed culture wild ale, brewed to celebrate our first year of trading as Yonder Brewing & Blending. Our house cultures fermented this base beer over a series of months, whilst we slowly infused it with foraged flavours, found on our doorstep, but inspired by much further afield. Sumac, fennel seeds, rosemary, rose petals and plums. It's tart, funky, effervescent, sweet, savoury and full bodied. Drink and celebrate with us!
