There are parts to build 3 ships, of either variant, giving you extra speed and firepower. Shaltari Cutters do two things and they do them very well: get in quick, and shoot things to pieces! These ships are easy to fit into your list, and provide some really annoying harassers for your opponent. The Caesium is designed to destroy small ships hanging on
