Cota 45 Agostado 2021, Cádiz Sidra Natural from 60 to 80-year-old recuperatedasoleo Trebujena Arcos de la Frontera Agostado is an unfortified white wine comprised of almost extinct varietals such as perruno, uva rey, and of course palomino. Aged oxidatively without a veil of flor, the wine nevertheless has a sherry like character due to the extended aging in sherry botas. As this is a young wine, Agostado is already showing rich and nutty characteristics, smoky and savory with an umami intensity. VdT: Cdiz Grapes: Palomino
