This is a smooth and quickly installed Kuryakyn frame neck cover kit for Touring models. The right side cover is enlarged, enough to accommodate the in line cruise control pull off switch found on the idle cable of 02 05 models. The basic kit contains two pieces that wrap the frame neck, and then extend down the frame. This deluxe kit adds two snap on down tube covers that will go down further, almost to the floorboard
