Pollinator Gin, 750mL Sparkling with all of the flavorsPollinator Gin is a grain to grass spirit distilled from non GMO NY State corn and our wildflower honey, then infused with juniper berries and pollinator friendly botanicals such as verbena, chamomile, and angelica. It is proofed down with pure, mineral rich Catskill Mountain spring water to create an aromatic gin with a round, herbaceous bouquet and hints of citrus.
