Tequila Xoloitzcuintle Plata Fuerte "Valles" 20 Year earthy flavors intertwined with aTequila Xoloitzcuintle Plata Fuerte Valles is a bold, still strength blanco crafted from 100% blue Weber agave harvested in the lowlands of Jalisco. The agaves are cooked in a low pressure autoclave, crushed with a roller mill, and fermented in stainless steel tanks with open air exposure and agave fibers, creating a deeply expressive profile. Distillation is carried out twice in stainless pot stills with copper coils, after which the tequila rests
