Its level 2 gives you some evasion, and, even though it's for a creature with 3 power or less, it can be crucial, particularly if you trigger an ability with it
Ideal for building a full Stellar Crown set or focusing on specific chase cards
Right off the bat, getting a Treasure token is a big deal for a deck thats heavy on beefy threats
Perhaps power creep has simply made this card obsolete, as a five-mana 3/3 Angel flyer with some upside is just not cutting it by todays standards
