Many cEDH events allow proxies which helps Timetwister see some play, (beyond the lucky few who are fortunate enough to own a copy!), but it doesnt see a ton of competitive play relative to other cards which would make it a weird card to put on a list of Power 9 for EDH

Players want to feel as if there is growth available for their time commitment

In all other circumstances, this attack deals no damage at all

Im sure the release of this version of the card will have some players bringing back their Origin Forme Palkia VSTAR decks, and for all we know, this card might resurge in popularity once we have Rotation in April
