PT Format: Alchemy Constructed Qualifier Play-In (Best-of-Three) May 9, 6 a.m.May 10, 3 a.m
While it offers a unique advantage in generating resources and threats, other cards like Anax, Hardened in the Forge or Goldspan Dragon may offer more immediate impact or synergy in competitive play, but Loot Dispute could still find a place in more casual or themed decks for its flavorful and fun gameplay mechanics
Rather than just referencing existing cards or culture, they create their own through bold new mechanics
Hyper-aggro/burn: Auriok Champion is fantastic (although I don't own any in paper, so I'm actually running Arashin Cleric instead, and it's not half-bad), as are Spellskite, Fiend Hunter, and even Eidolon of Rhetoric if you play first
Raphael, the Nightwatcher: This aggro ninja can be a trigger multiplier and game stealer if you give the right attacking creatures double strike
