Description

At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying

Thankfully, this card has been banned from all sanctioned tournaments due to its ante nature

It is currently eyed by decks that utilize expensive creatures, including Urza, Prince of Kroog

Whenever you become the monarch, convert Starscream

Ideally this makes Tracker a card you make behind the curve which in turn means you ideally don't want to think of him as a 3 drop but more of a psuedo CMC+1 drop like Aetherling or Glen Elandra Archamge
